Dr. Abby Lambert received her Doctorate degree in School Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. Lambert is both a licensed psychologist and a licensed behavior analyst. Her experience includes providing outpatient and school-based services to address the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of typically developing children as well as children with a variety of developmental disorders. In the school setting, she worked closely with school staff to design, implement, and monitor interventions for individual students as well as for classrooms and small groups. Dr. Lambert has also worked in a variety of clinical settings including the USM School Psychology Service Center, Will’s Way Behavioral Pediatrics, and the Baton Rouge Speech and Hearing Foundation (currently the Emerge Center). Additionally, Dr. Lambert received specialized training at the Pediatric Feeding Disorders Clinic and the Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders Early Intervention Clinic located at the University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Munroe-Meyer Institute.
Dr. Lambert lives in Madisonville and enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, watching LSU football, and her dog, Bailey. She is excited to be back home in south Louisiana after surviving the cold winters of the Midwest!
